These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Antalya Airport Transfer website and booking services ("Services"). By making a booking or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description

Antalya Airport Transfer provides private airport transfer services from Antalya Airport (AYT) to various destinations in the Antalya region. Our services include:

  • Private vehicle transfers (sedan, minivan, minibus)
  • Meet and greet service at the airport
  • Flight monitoring and automatic pickup time adjustment
  • Door-to-door transportation
  • 24/7 availability throughout the year

3. Booking and Payment

Booking Process:

  • Bookings can be made through our website or by contacting us directly
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking
  • A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email

Payment:

  • Prices are displayed in Euros and are fixed at the time of booking
  • Payment can be made online (credit card, PayPal) or cash to the driver
  • All prices include VAT and have no hidden fees
  • For online payments, you authorize us to charge your payment method

Price Changes:

  • Prices may be subject to change for additional services not included in the original booking
  • Additional charges may apply for extra stops, waiting time beyond 60 minutes, or oversized luggage

4. Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation:

  • You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time
  • Cancellations can be made through the link in your confirmation email or by contacting us

Late Cancellation:

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee
  • No-shows (failure to appear at the pickup location without notice) are non-refundable

Refunds:

  • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

5. User Responsibilities

When using our Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete booking information
  • Be at the designated pickup location at the agreed time
  • Notify us immediately of any flight delays or changes
  • Treat our drivers and vehicles with respect
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not engage in any illegal activities during the transfer
  • Properly secure children in child seats (available upon request)
  • Not consume alcohol or smoke in our vehicles

6. Our Responsibilities

We commit to:

  • Provide clean, well-maintained, and insured vehicles
  • Employ professional, licensed drivers
  • Monitor your flight and adjust pickup time if delayed
  • Wait up to 60 minutes after flight landing at no extra charge
  • Provide meet and greet service at arrivals
  • Handle your luggage with care

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability for any claim arising from our Services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific transfer in question
  • We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control
  • We are not liable for missed flights, connections, or events due to such delays
  • We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left in vehicles
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Antalya Airport Transfer and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
  • Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
  • Scrape or harvest data from our website

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antalya, Turkey.

10. Changes to Terms
